Order Processing

All products are custom-made once an order is placed. Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product type and size
  • Order quantity
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or GST charges
  • Other fees imposed by local authorities

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately at info@righto.biz 
  • Address changes may only be possible before production begins.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery issues may occasionally occur.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delayed Shipments

Delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can occur when items are produced at different facilities or when certain products become available at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those shown at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference-related concerns

However, we will replace or refund products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly produced
  • Incorrectly shipped
